Dear ArCA Leaders and Members, ArCA wants to invite you to the annual Leadership Development Institute (LDI) hosted July 7-8, 2011 in beautiful NW Arkansas. The location of LDI has traveled all around the state of Arkansas and this year we are excited to bring participants to the 2nd largest metropolitan area in the state. LDI will be hosted in the recently renovated Northwest Arkansas Convention Center located in Springdale, which is nicely situated between Fayetteville, Rogers, and Bentonville. LDI offers an opportunity for current and future leaders to learn more about ArCA leadership roles and opportunities. This year’s agenda will provide an opportunity for approximately 12-14 CEU and/or PD hours and it will include the following topics: logistics of the ArCA organization, information about the responsibilities of ArCA leaders, tools to become a better leader, ArCA strategic plan, political update, counselor self-care information, and more. LDI presents a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleague’s throughout the state and rejuvenate!
