Arkansas Counseling Association's Leadership Development Institute is an annual, one day event with informative sessions highlighting aspects of becoming and being a leader in the counseling field.
LDI is open to anyone who would like to explore and develop their leadership skills, whether you've chosen the role, or it's chosen you; and those that may be interested in leadership roles within ArCA.
The 2026 LDI, Leading with Values: The Heart of Counseling Leadership, was held Friday, June 12th at Center for Non Profits at St. Mary's. in Rogers, AR, with up to 4.5 CEUs offered.
